Terms of use
Draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and they will change before AisleDisplay charges anyone.
What AisleDisplay is
AisleDisplay is a web app for making event websites, with replies, a guest list and a photo album. It is made by Savvas Papaiakovou in Cyprus (aisledisplayapp@gmail.com). Event businesses (partners) offer it to the hosts they work with.
Accounts
You cannot sign up on your own: we create partner accounts, and a partner invites each host. Keep your email account safe, because a code sent to it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your content
What you add stays yours: words, photos and guest details. You allow us to store it, resize it and show it to the people you share your website with, for as long as the website exists. By adding it, you confirm you have the right to: the people in your photos are happy to be shown, and your guests expect to hear from you. If you upload a font or a picture to design your website, you confirm you hold a licence or the rights to use it on a website.
What you must not do
Do not use AisleDisplay to send spam, to publish anything illegal or hurtful, to collect other people’s data, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Your guests
Guests reply and upload photos without an account. Their details are handled under the privacy notice on your website, and you can delete a guest and their details at any time.
How long a website lasts
An event website stays open until three months after the event, then closes. Four months after the event it is deleted, with all its photos and guest details. Download anything you want to keep before then.
Availability
We work to keep AisleDisplay running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of the photos that matter to you.
Price
Payment terms will be added here before AisleDisplay charges anyone.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by what users add. Nothing here limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.
Changes
We will email you before these terms change in a way that matters to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
